Overview
The NMIMS Management Aptitude Test, abbreviated as NMAT, is conducted by GMAC every year in October-December in a 75 days exam window. Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies originally administered this MBA Exam until GMAC took it over. During the NMAT window, candidates can use the scheduling option to select their preferred exam day and location. Candidates can choose their desired day during a testing window and self-schedule the NMAT, time and place, and appointment date depending on the availability of seats at the desired test centre, as they may with the GMAT.

NMAT Exam Syllabus: Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation
This is one of the most important sections in the NMAT entrance as it covers all the conceptual basis of 8-10th class mathematics. However, in keeping with the syllabus and exam pattern for NMAT , this section would not only contain questions based on mathematics but also data interpretation and data sufficiency. The quant section consists of 36 questions and the time frame allotted to a candidate is 52 minutes.

NMAT Exam Syllabus: Language Skills
The language skills section in NMAT syllabus covers the topics to test reading comprehension, verbal ability, and English language skills. The number of questions expected in this section is 36 which you need to complete within a time duration of 28 minutes. NMAT Exam Syllabus: Logical Reasoning
This section is a scrupulous evaluation of the test taker’s analytical, critical as well as logical reasoning skills. Candidates should brush up on their visual as well as logical reasoning skills in order to be able to identify patterns, understand family trees, code and decode and have a sense of complex directions. Answers should be based on the information provided in the questions, rather than relying on real-time scenarios and assumptions. There will be 36 questions in this section that a candidate can complete within 40 minutes.

Application fee
1. Early Registration (from July to October): Rs. 2000/-
2. Late Registration (from October to November): Rs. 2500/-
3. Retake Fee: Rs. 2000/- (for additional attempts after the first three attempts)

The steps to apply for the NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) exam:

4. After registering, login using your credentials and fill in the application form with your personal, academic, and contact details.

7. Pay the application fee using the available payment options.
8. Review the application form and submit it.
